Trauma in our lives, has forced us into transition. We may not see the experience as such, but crisis and trauma is calling us, not to give up on life, but rather to embrace it.
Answering to the trumpets of a Hero's Journey due to trauma and PTSD, is answering the inner-call that comes with our pain. Choosing recovery by consciously admitting to ourselves we need help, and seeking a personally developed care plan, will guide us as we find our way back home to our truest selves.
We need helpers to make it through recovery, and help is here now, waiting for us to answer the call.
